In accordance with 10 CFR 50.74(b),10 CFR 55.5, and 10 CFR 55.55, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission licenses for Mr. Alan Rabenold (License Number SOP-31123-1, Docket Number 55-31243) and Mr. Michael Dammann (License Number SOP-31067-1, Docket Number 55-31240) are considered to be expired. Mr. Rabenold and Mr. Dammann are no longer employed at the Perry Nuclear Power Plant as of October 3,1997 and October 10,1997, respectively.
