Appointment of Nuclear Safety Review Group Chairman au Detroit Edison (Edison) has reviewed relevant Fermi 2 Technical Specifications in.Section 6.0 and the appropriate ANSI -St'andard - (ANGI 'N18.1-1971) which has been committed to in'Sectiic.n.i.3.2.1 of the Final Safety Analysis Report.

Based on the review of these documents, it is Edison's conclusion that Mr. Stanley G. Catola. meets the basic qualifications to perform as Chairman of the Nuclear Safety Review Group.
