The Commission was briefed by the staff on its ongoing review of DOE's advanced reactor designs.
commensurate with the level of detail of the information sub-mitted by DOE, the staff committed to explore with DOE the-licensing and regulatory issues associated with the LMR fuel cycle (especially fuel reprocessing) to determine-the need for requirements important for the licensing of these reactor designs.
There were no requirements set on the staff at this meeting.
