Dear Mr. Taylor :
We have received a report that a 1975 vintage AM - 4.16 - 250 - 9HB circuit breaker failed to trip electrically and had to be manually tripped at Iong Island Light Conpany, Shoreham Nuclear Station. We have sent our field representative to Shoreham to investigate the occurrence and will report the results of our findings as they unfold.
