By letter dated December 30, 1986, your Company submitted Topical Report No. SRS-003-P, Revision 0 entitled " Stock: Quick Dry
- Process for Dewatering of Bead Resin and Filter Sludge" to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. Under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.21.J, requests for review of topical reports and revisions or amendments to accepted reports are to be accompanied by an application fee of $150.
Subsequently, companies are to be billed at six-month intervals or when the review is completed (Section 170.12(f)) for full costs up to $20,000 for each topical report or revision to an accepted topical report. Your December 30, 1986 request was not accompanied by the required application fee of $150. - Therefore, your Company is requested to remit this application fee to our office.
