In accordance with References (1) and (2), we are sending Revision 4 of the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR) Quality Assurance Program Description (QAPD) for your information.
This is an annual update, which involves an organizational change and does not reduce our commitment of the previously accepted QAPD.
This revision includes the addition of the Assistant General Manager for Operations and other reporting relationships at the corporate level.
The DPC General Manager will still retain the responsibility for regulatory matters.
The Assistant General Manager for Operations will assume administrative responsibilities for the LACBWR Facility.
