COMMENTS:
I agree with the staff s recommendation to defer the decision on elevation of the CDF to a fundamental safety goal until after the staff has better defined the issue, including further discussions with the ACRS and after finalizing DO 1061 and related documents.
In addition, the experience gained from the industry initiated risk-informed, performance-based pilot project regarding the use of QHos should also be considered by the staffin providing recommendaticas to the Commission on this matter,-
