The attachment to this letter addresses the violations as described in Sections A and B of the Notice to include defining the actions taken to date, actions planned for the immediate future and continuing actions that will be implemented to ensure that access control requirements are satisfied.
l The subject matter and enclosure to this letter are considered exempt from disclosure in accordance with Section 73.21(c)(2), Part 73, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations.
