SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - NRC-OIE REGION II INSPECTION REPORT 50-327/86-19 AND 50-328/86-19 Due to the nature of the violations in the subject inspection report, Sequoyah requests an additional extension of the present due date for this response to August 5, 1986.
