SYNCHRONIZATION TO THE G91D At 3:30 p.m., (CDT) on April 24, 1990 TU Electric synchronized the main generator to me grid. At7:00a.m.(CDT)onApril 25, 1990, turbine load was at 100 MW and reactor power was 18 percent.
The licensee is continuing the power ascension test program.
The event has received local news media coverage. The NRC does not plan to issue a news release.
The State of Texas will be informed.
