This Application requests a change to the reporting requirements of the Technical Specifications and a related exemption froin the Commission's regulations to provide an additional 30 days within which to file the Semiannual Effluent Release Report.

In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's regulations, enclosed is Philadelphia Electric Company's check number 27007914 in the amount of $150 to cover the filing fee for this Application.
