SUBJECT:
TVA DIG INSPECTOR BEATEN TO DEATH On May 14, 1990, the Knoxville News-Sentinel newspaper reported that a special agent for the TVA's Inspector General's office was fourd bludgeoned to death at his home on Sunday morning, shortly before 10:00 a.m., May 13, 1990.
The local Sherit'f's department is investigating the case.
The investigators had not established a motive and did not rule out the possibility of robbery or a connection to the victim's work.
TVA investigators, including TVA Inspector General Norman Zigrossi and the FBI arrived at the victim's home.
Mr. Zigrossi would not say whether his office would be involved in the investigation of the special agent's death.
