Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Technical Specification Ltany Request No.161, Rev.1 On Novenber 4,1986, GPU Nuclear (GPUN) submitted Technical Specification Change Request No.161, letter no. 5211 2161.
Enclosed is a revised Figure 6-2 which should replace Figure 6-2 from the original request.
It was the intent of GPUN to revise Figure 6-2 to depict Radiological and Environmental Controls (R&EC) functional departments providing support to THI-1. These functional departnents do have free and direct access to the Vice President, THI-1. However, the NRC Region I reviewer noted that Figure 6-2 did not show each departnent to have access to the Vice President, TMI-1 The enclosed Figure 6-2 is revised to show this access while maintaining the R&EC organization. Also the Radiological Controls box was revised to Radiological Controls Departinent Head.
