c-SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - NRC-OIE REGION II INSPECTION REPORT 50-327/86-11 AND 50-328/86-11 The statement, " Discussion with responsible licensee personnel resulted in a commitment being made that three months after both units (1 and 2) are returned to operation, the Q-list will be implemented.," was documented in item 7.d of the subject report.

By this letter TVA is committing to the following revision of the above statement, "... after both units (1 and 2) are returned to operation, a schedule or plan will be developed to implement the Q-list.
