b Contract No. NRC-33-94-188 Modification No. 23 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of the subject modification is to deobligate excess funds in the amount of
$10,585.33 from the subject contract, thereby decreasing the obligated amount from
$3,333,480.20 to $3,322,894.87.
Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:
Under Section B - Sunolies or Services and Prican/Ca*** Paragraph B.4 - Consideration and Obliaation-Deliverv Orders. the first sentence of Subparagraph (b) is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"B.4 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION (b)
The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is
$3,322,894.87."
