Page 2 of 2 The purpose of the subject modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $4,500, thereby increasing the obligated amount from $243,984.74 to $248,484.74.

Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
Under Paragraph B.4 - CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-DELIVERY ORDERS.
THE FIRST SENTENCE OF Subparagraph (b) is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-DELIVERY ORDERS
"(b) The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is

A summary of obligations for this contract from award date through the date of this action is provided below:
Total FY96 obligation amount: $ 39,306.00 Total FY97 obligation amount: $ 84,957.74 Total FY98 obligation amount: $ 75,000.00 Total FY99 obligation amount: $ 49,221.00
' Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations: $248,484.74 This modification obligates FY99 funding in the amount of $4,500.00.
All other terms and conditions under this contract remain unchanged.
