Dear Ms. Richardson:
In accordance with Section G.4. Task Order Procedures. of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. -2.
This effort shall be
-performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and SCIENTECH's proposal dated October 8,1997, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Task Order No. 2 shall be in effect from October 8.1997 through October 20.
1997. The total cost ceiling is $20.409, in which the amount of $18.647 represents the reimbursable costs. $158 represents facilities Capital Cost of Money, and the amount of $1.604 represents the fixed fee.

5 States to discuss the issues relating to the development of Regulatory Criteria for Graphite - Pressure Tube Gap Closure.
WORK REQUIREMENTS Dr. John Bickel will chair the meeting-and iead all technical discussions.
The NRC project manager will participate and guide in the discussions as appropriate.
He will call on such other technical experts / consultants who have previously participated with Scientech in work on this subject matter.
MEETINGS AND TRAVEL-Meeting will be held the week of 10/12/97 to 10/17/97 at a conference center near SCIENTECH's Encinitas offices.
No travel is required.
