This report describes the operating and major maintenance experience for the month of November, 1986. This report was prepared by the Plant Staff and is submitted in accordance with Section IX:I.l.c. of the Technical Specifications.

During the report period, the reactor has been in the cold shutdown mode with the core unloaded..and the reactor vessel drained.

During the month

,the following activities,were ongoing:

Continued decontamination of Plant areas.

2.

Completed modification to the spent fuel pool recirculation and demineralization system.

Commenced instal'ation of the spent fuel pool covers.
