SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCES At the begining of the month, the plant was at 100% power.

On November 8th, power was reduced to 62% to allow 345KV line work in Pownal. During this time, water box backflushing was performed. ,

On November 9th, power was increased and held at 75% for turbine volve testing.

On November 9th, power was increased and held at 92% for symmetric -

offset concerns.

On November 10th, power was increased to 100% ,

On November 15th, the unit automatically tripped due to a malfunction cf the tube ~ and control oil system for the turbine driven main feedwater pump.

On November 16th, the unit was phased to grid. Power was increased cnd held at 53% due to a feed pump discharge valve problem.

On November 16th, power was increased and held at 95% for symmetric offset concerns.

On November 16th, power was reduced to 74% to allow repairs on a first point heater check valve.

On November 18th, power was increased to 97%

Power remained at 97% for the remainder of the month due to the use of motor driven feed pumps.
