Dear Ms. LaRue:
This responds to your letter dated September 9,1999, which requested amendments to the subject export licenses to change the end use statements to reflect six reloads of fuel each for Kuosheng Units I and ll and six reloads of fuel each for Chinshan Units I and 11 rather than the current seven reloads each for each unit. We do not foresee any delay in issuing the requested amendments other than the required 15 day waiting period after the request has been placed in i
the NRC Public Document Room, as required by our regulations.
