CONTRACT NO. NRC-08-97-302, MODIFICATION NO.1 TO TASK ORDER NO. 7 ENTITLED,"lNPP FACILITY RE-LICENSING AND LEGACY PROGRAM"
Dear Mr. Kellogg:
This letter definitizes Modification No.1 to Task Order No. 7, which provides incremental funding in the amount of $447,030.00 to fully fund the task order. Accordingly, Task Order No. 7 is modified as follows:
Paragraph 4 of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"The amount currently obligated by the Govemment with respect to this task order is
$493,030.00, of which $454,720.00 represents reimbursable costs and the amount of j
$38,310.00 represents fixed fee. It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover performance through July 5,2002."
Accounting Data for Modification No.1 to Task Order No. 7 is as follows:
