Dear Mr. Smith:
.The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) periodically evaluates past performance of contractors during the life of the contract, and also at the end of the contract, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 42.15. Information collected is used by NRC staff as a tool for monitoring performance with contractors and is also maintained and provided to other federal agencies requesting such information for their procurement processes.
The attached " Contract Performance Report" has been completed by the Project Officer for the i subject contract. Please review the comments, and complete boxes number 11 and 12.
