Modification No. 3 to Task Order No, 4 Under NRC-02 96 004 The purpose of this modification is to provide an extension from November 15, 1997 through March 31, 1998, at no-additional cost or obligation to the Government.. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
lhe second paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 4 shall be in effect from November 4, 1996 through March
- 31. 1998 with a cost ceiling of $61,618."
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
