In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (q), Con Edison submits herewith a controlled ccpy of page changes to Books 1 and 2 of the Emergency Procedures Document (EPD) for Indian Point Unit Nos.1 and 2. 'Ihese changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the Energency Plan and the Dnergency Plan as a whole continues to meet the standard of 50.47 (b) and the reg.lirements of Appendix E to 10 CPR 50.
