Modification No. 4 to Task Ocder No. 9(B) Under NRC 02-96 004 The purpose of this modification is to deobligate funds in the amount of
$558.49, hereby decreasing the ceiling and obligated amounts from 557,887 to
$57,328.51. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
lhe second paragraph of'the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 9(B) shall be in effect from January 27, 1997 through September 26, 1997 with a cost ceiling of 557.328.51.
The amount of
$51,828.27 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, the amount of $1,481.80 re) resents the facilities capital cost of money, and the amount of $4,013.44 represents the fixed fee.
The amount of $57,328.51 is currently obligated."
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged, A sumary of obligations, from the award date through the date of this action are provided below:
