Emergency Response Data System Data Point Library Changes Gentlemen:

Enclosed is an updated listing of the set of data points provided in the Data Point Library for the Emergency Re:ponse Data System (ERDS) for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS),

Units 2 and 3. ERDS is a direct, near real-time, electronic data link between PEAPS and the NRC's Operations Center which provides for the transmission of selected process computer data for monitoring various plant parameters.

10CFR50, Appendix E, Section VI.3.a requires that any changes in computer hardware or software that affect the transmitted data points identified in the Data Point Library must be submitted to the NRC within 30 days after the changes are completed. PECO Energy implemented changes to the PBAPS ERDS that modified the set of data points contained in the Data Point Library. The NRC was made aware of these changes and is currently receiving the ERDS data for the plant parameters identified in the enclosure to this letter. However, the changes were not formally submitted to the NRC via docketed correspondence within 30 days as required by 10CFR50, Appendix E. Therefore, this letter serves as the required notification regarding the changes in the Data Point Library for the PBAPS ERDS.
