Thank you for your letter of November 19, 1986, in response to our letter of October 30, 1986. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concern raised in item B.5(a) of our Notice of Nonconformance in our letter of January 10, 1986. We have no further questions at this time and will review your corrective actions and preventive measures to our Notice of Nonconformance during a future inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
