Interagency Agreement No NRC-02-85-003, Modification No. 3 Reference is made to my telephone conversation of February 6, 1987 with Mr. Ben Kelly, Army Corps of Engineers. Based on available information, there are excess funds remaining under the subject Interagency Agreement.
The purpose of this modification is to deobligate excess funds pending completion of the closecut process. Therefore, the following change is made:
Under Article VI.- Oblication of Funds, the amount currently obligated by the Commission is decreased by 570,545.71 from $75,000.00 to $4,454.29.

In addition, a Property Certification form is provided and should be submitted with a final bill in order to complete the closeout actions.
