l NRC-10-98-151 Modification No. 4 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to add funds in the amount of $20,382.00 for Temporary Additional Services (TAS) to the contract, thereby increasing the total estimated amount and obligated amount in the contract for TAS from $40,000.00 to $60,382.00 and increasing the total obligated amount in the contract by $20,382.00 from $2,272,048.00 to $2,292,430.00. The contract is hereby modified:
- 1) Section B, Subsection B.4, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-DELIVERY ORDERS, paragraphs (a) and (b), first sentences, are deleted in their entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"(a) The total estimated amount for the temporary additional services (TAS) order, delivered, and accepted under this contract is $60,382.00.
(b) The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract for TAS is
$60,382.00."
- 2) Section B, Subsection B.5, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-FIRM FIXED PRICE,is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"The firm fixed price for basic guard services under this contract is $2,232,048.00. The total amount obligated under this contract, including TAS, is $2,292,430.00."
A summary of obligations for this contract, from the date of award through the date of this action is provided below:
TOTAL FY 98 OBLIGATIONS: $ 916,005.00 TOTAL FY 99 OBLIGATIONS: $1,376,425.00 CUMULATIVE TOTAL OF NRC OBLIGATIONS: $2,292,430.00 This modification obligates fiscal year 99 funds in the amount of $20,382.00.
All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged.
