On 11-17-86, the ASLAB granted the TOA motion for directed certification, and remanded the ' IGA motion for protective order to the ASLB.
2.
On 11-20-86, the TOA filed its proposed hearing schedule of the NHRERP.
3.
On 11-25-86, the ASLB denied the TOA motion for protective order, and ordered the 'ICA to respond to Applicants ' interrogatories.
4.
On 11-28-86, the 'IDA filed eight contentions of NHRERP, Vol.6.
5.
On 12-4-86, the TOA answered Applicants interrogatories.
