RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 SUPPLEMENT TO 2019 ANNUAL RADIOACTIVE EFFLUENT RELEASE REPORT
- 1) Ameren Missouri letter ULNRC-06577, 2019 Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report, dated April 30, 2020 (AccessionNo. ML19120A271).
Per the letter identified as Reference 1, Union Electric Company (Ameren Missouri) submitted the 2019 Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report (ARERR) for the Callaway Plant. However, as noted in Reference 1, due to extenuating circumstances, several data tables within the report were noted as being incomplete. It was stated that the information needed to complete the tables would be submitted within 90 days, in accordance with the guidance of Regulatory Guide 1.2 1 (revision 2). The tables have now been completed and incorporated into the report. The completed ARERR is therefore being provided per this submittal (as enclosed), which supersedes the previously submitted report.
The ARERR is submitted in accordance with Section 5.6.3 ofthe Callaway Plant Technical Specifications and Section 5. 1.c of Appendix A to the HI-STORM UMAX Certificate of Compliance.
This letter does not contain new commitments.
