Amendment No. 02 Page 2 of 3 The license is amended to: 1) change licensee name from Westinghouse Electric Corporation to 4 Westinghouse Electric Company LLC; 2) change licensee mailing address to P.O. Box 355, Pittsburgh, PA 15230 0355; 3) add additional suppliers and 4) extend the expiration date from 31 December 2010 to 31 December 2020.
