As part of Reference 1, the table for license exam results, Section 2.b Licensed Operating Training Effectiveness (41701), contains an erroneous number. The RO exams for 1985 were eight (8), but six (6) received their licenses.
The "% Passed" column indicates 50% passed.
It should indicate 75% passed.
