DRAFT NEl 99-03, " CONTROL ROOM HABITABILITY ASSESSMENT GUIDANCE" Attached is a copy of draft NEl 99-03 entitled " Control Room Habitability Assessment Guidance" which was transmitted to the staff via e-mail on August 5,1999. This document is being made publicly available to inform the public that the staff is in possession of this document and that this document is being reviewing as part of an effort to address issues involving control room habitability. The staff is not soliciting public comments on NEl 99-03 at this time.
