Export license XSNM01185, Amendment No. 04 This is to notify you that the subject export license amendment is hereby terminated since there is no longer a valid contract between Westinghouse and the ultimate consignee for supply of material for the Vandellos 11 Nuclear Power Plant. The EURATOM Supply Agency will not provide the U.S. Government with the required assurances in the absence of a valid contract between a U.S. company and a EURATOM facility.
