This refers to the telephone conversation between you and Mr. D. G. Wiedeman of my staff on June 23, 1986, regarding the arrangements for an enforcement conference between members of our respective organizations. The meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Tuesday July 1,1986 at the NRC Region III office at 799 Roosevelt Road, Building 4, Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the findings of the special inspection conducted on May 27, 1986 at Parchment, Michigan, your corrective actions, and NRC enforcement options.
