Investigation of Individual Operator Actions Concerning Falsification of Leak Rate Test Data, Office of Investigations, Case No. 1-84-022 (the OI Report).
Mr. Miller does not object to the inclusion of the OI Report in the rec 6rd of this pro-ceeding.
