Modification No. 4 to Task Order No.17 under Contract No. NRC-02-96 004 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance through December 31, 1997, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
The first sentence, second paragraph of the definit 12ation letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No.17 shall be in offect from June 16, 1997 through December 31, 1997 with a cost ceiling of $67,922."
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
A suninary of obligations, from the award date through the date of this act' ion, are provided below:
