1he purpose of this nodification is to revise Section B.3, aaragraph a. to cnrrect the ceiling amount under the subject contract from liodification No. 4.
This action is to reflect the increase in consultant costs for Dr. Robert R.
Youngs as stated in the contractor's letter dated 7/22/9/ (ATTAClfiENT 1).
Accordingly,.the following change is hereby made:
1.
Section B.3, paragraph a, is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"a.
The total estimated cost to the Government for full performance of this contract is $861,974.00, of Aich the sum of $858.761.00 represents the estimated reimbur'.able costs, and of which $3.213.00 represents the fixed fee."
A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action, is given below:
