Dear Mr. Demechko:
This is in response to your opplication, dated May 5,1995, requesting a custom product evaluation and registration of the Model WG8 WEB [ Thickness) Gage, and supplemental information provided November 15,1996. As discussed with Mr. Mark Pihl of your organization, we would like to discuss several remaining issues conceming your application with you during a
. meeting at your facility on October 9,1997. The following are the subject areas we would like to discuss during this meeting:

Environmental and other conditions of use of the Model WG8 WEB gage at your facility.
2.'
The construction and operation of several components of the gage, drawings provided for these components, and material specifications and corrosion potential for certain of these components.
3.
External radiation levels.
4.
Leak testing.

Clarification oflabeling data.

Clarification of quality checks performed or to be performed by Sony Chemicals Corporation of America on tha model WG8 WEB gage.
