The purpose of this modification is to authorize the contractor to purchase computer i

equipment and to integrate it into the Document Control System.

Accordingly, the parties agree to the following changes.

The equipment described in item A of this modification shall be purchased from funds already obligated for contract performance.

The contractor shall not charge G&A or fee for acquisition of the items.

The total delivered price of all items acquired shall not exceed $14,040.00.
