i Enclosed please find a letter from GA Technologies, Inc. requestina an amendnent to export license XSNM01598 to increase the quantity of material authorized for exoort by an additional 7.96 kilograms of uranium-235 (contained in 40.0 kiloarans total uranium, enriched to 19.9 w/o naximun), for use as reload fuel in the THOR reactor in Taiwan.
A letter of assurance is required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an aareenent for coooeration. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurance letter will be apareciated.
