EMERGENCY PLAN EXERCISE SCENARIO (45 DAY LETTER)
The scenario to be used for the Big Rock Point exercise in April, 1987 are being transmitted to those NRC persons who will be acting as observers.
Comments on the scenario must be submitted no later than March 6 to allow for incorporation into the package and adequate controller preparation. Changes to the package will.be supplied to NRC inspection staff during the exercise entrance meeting.
After completion of the exercise, a copy of scenario used for the exercise will be submitted. Copies of this letter without attachment have been distributed internally to those Consumers Power Company personnel responsible for implementation of the Site Energency Plan.
