The coirectect values in the reports are to two of the surface smears, beta-ganuna contamination levels for 12/05. The changes are:

1. Reactor Enclosure, hiain 11oor, General: 1.000 cpm /ft' x 10' (the incorrect value was 0.100).

2. Reactor liasement, East 1.athier, llottom: ~ 8.000 c[nn/ft'x 10' (the incoirect value was 0.800),
