l Paperwork Reduction Act Statement This final rule increases the burden on licensees by increasing a record retention period from 3 years to life. The public burden for this information collection is estimated to average 38 hours4.398148e-4 days <br />0.0106 hours <br />6.283069e-5 weeks <br />1.4459e-5 months <br /> per request. Because the burden for this information collections is insignificant, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) clearance is not required. Existing requirements were approved by the Office of Management and Budget, approval number 3150-0132.
Public Protection Notification if a means ussd to impose an information collections does not display a currently valid OMB control number, the NRC may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond, to the information collection.
