Dear Mr. Milam:
As you are aware, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Office of Inspection and Enforcement is continuing its efforts concerning allegations made by you involving activities at General Electric's (GE) offices in San Jose, California.
Resolution of these items will require considerable resources due to the broad nature and number of allegations. Therefore, the NRC has determined that it is appropriate that GE review the majority of the items and respond to each item. The NRC will then review and evaluate GE's response and take other action as appropriate to resolve the issues.
You will be informed of the resolution of the allegations.
We have requested GE to perform a proprietary review of the documents you supplied to the Governrent Accountability Project. This review will be conducted pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790.
Following completion of that review, all documents found not to contain proprietary information will be rade available to the public by placing them in the NRC Public Document Room in Washington, D.C.
