ORDER LILCO has requested leave to respond to FEMA's motion for reconsideration of cur October 3 Prehearing Conference order. The Board wishes the responses from all partfes to that motion; these are to be filed by November 10.

LILC0 also requests the opportunity to respond to any issues raised by the intervenors' motion for reconsideration which may be designated by the Board. 'The Board has not yet received intervenors' motion for reconsideration. The Board will issue an appropriate order concerning responses after it reviews that motion.
