STAFF REQUIREMENTS - SECY-99-205 - RULEMAKING PLAN:
REVISION OF 10 CFR TO PERMIT THE SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS ELECTRONICALLY; MINOR CORRECTIONS This is to advise you that the Commission has not objected to the proposed rulemaking plan as described in Option 1 of the subject paper. The staff should take appropriate steps to advise materials licensees of the staff's plan for this rulemaking, including a description of the procedures and requirements being considered for submission of documents electronically to the NRC, at the time the administrative letter is formally issued to Part 50 licensees for -
comment.
