Part 30, Items I, IIA, IIC and IIID, it appears that Reed College does meet the requirements necessary to provide the self-guarantee.
Therefore, enclosed are the following documents in support of our request that Reed College be approved as a college providing self-guarantee of decommissioning costs:
A written guarantee signed by Reed's president that Reed College will fund and carry out the required decommissioning activities if and when the Reed College Reactor is decommissioned; The July 31,1998, letter from Standard and Poor's indicating that Reed /
