Supplement 4 to the VEGP Safety Evaluation Report opened confirmatory item 55 concerning the installation of an annunciator for the high-flow signal which initiates isolation of the electric steam boiler line. This letter confirms the installation of the annunciator.

As the electric steam boiler system is a comon system, no Unit 2 changes are required.
